[How-to]Fix Photoshop "File-format module cannot parse the file"

    If you tried to open a picture for any reason, but get the cannot parse the file error in PS, here is what you do.

    1. Right Click the image and press Edit (or just Open it in Paint yourself.)

    This file should open in Paint, if not, open it in paint manually.

    2. Go to File>Save As and click it.

    3. Make sure you save the file format as the format it already is (you can change it if you want though.) Also, save it in the same directory.

    4. Click save and when it asks to replace it, press yes.

    That should be it, close Paint and Open your file in PS.
