    I am not sure if this is mentioned before but i posting this anyway...

    This works for iphone and ipod touch

    Now this is for people who are

    1. stuck at apple logo
    2. Have Spinning Cog Of Death
    3. Or others that i can't think of

    This is not for people you have the connect to itunes sign and need to restore, use iphuc for that, but i think if it's possible use this method and delete the file that caused it then use iphuc to get out of restore mode and see if it works, if it does please tell me

    So what do you do when you cant ssh into the itouch because you dont no the ip adress or some other reason, well ill tell you how

    First Download iPhoneBrowser Here--> http://iphonebrowser.googlecode.com/files/SetupiPhoneBrowser.1.52.exe

    Now run the setup and install it

    Mac Users Use This--> http://www.ecamm.com/mac/megaphone/MegaPhone.zip

    What iphoneBrowser does is connect to the iphone/itouch through the usb cable rather then wifi

    After installs there probably isn't a desktop icon so go to C:\Program Files\iPhoneBrowser (i'm not sure about vista or mac srry but it would be located in your program files)

    Now plug your itouch in and make sure its on

    Open iPhoneBrowser.exe and wait till it connects, navage to the file you installed that caused this problem to happen for example ill use the ttr gutiar hero mod

    So the file was installed in TTR.app, So ill navagate to /Applications/TTR.app, now since it pretty much replaces all the files except for the app itself i have to delete the whole app,
    so go ahead and delete the file that caused your problem and there are 2 methods now to get the ipod back on

    1. Wait till you hear the clicking sound like its respringing and it should turn on
    2. Just force reboot by holding the power and home button till it turns off and then make sure to let go of both of them

    DONE!!!

    Tell me if this helps anyone...

    MEGAPHONE DEMO INFO
    "The demo version works just like the full version, except for limited music, photo, SMS, call history and notes access, and it will expire after 7 days."

    ^Which means it's fine. You don't need Call History, SMS, etc.

    It is $20, so if you do want it, be prepared to pay.
