You must be doing something wrong. Leave it applications2 until it boots.

ok help. I've used this tut before for my iPhone and it works liek a charm but i have some problems.

on my touch its stuck on bootlogo. it doesnt go to springboard when i connect it and when i run iphone broweser it crashes and says an unexpected error occured but it works with my iphone. How can i get my touch working? im on 2.0 with FWchanger thinking its 2.1

also on my iphon i accidently renamed both Application folders thinking it was my touch xP and now all my apps are gone on my iphone. i renamed the Application 2 folders back to Applications but my apps are still gone? any tips? thanks

First of all, NEVER use FWChanger. It won't let you run apps from 2.1 as they should be run. Apps that require 2.1 require it for a reason, and FWChanger just makes it appear as if you are on another firmware by editing the firmware display key value. Also, I would suggest restoring to a fresh 2.1 (2.0 is not very stable). Once that's done, re-jailbreak using PwnageTool.

Eh the only reason I use it is because my computer hasnt been letting me restore lately? my pc memory sucks I guess =/ FWChanger works but i normally only need it every now and then. But anyways I guess i'll have to restore even though i REALLY dont want to. Now i have to find a way to backup ALL ym stuff -_-

    What?

This isn't working and DFU or Recovery Mode is not working. I have original boot logo.
