How to find UUID?

    I have a 2G iPod Touch and I want to find it's UUID. Can anyone tell me how to find this?

    You mean UDID? If its that, go into iTunes, click your Serial number.

    ^^ what he said, If you do mean uuid, that can only happen with a jailbreak, which you cannot do.

    You can find all relevant ID nos for your device in iTunes. Go to your device's main page and click on the words 'Build Version', 'Serial Number' or 'phone Number' (I'm on an iPhone, titles may differ on an ipod Touch) and these will change to show other importnat device data such as IMEI, Identifier no., ICCID etc.... I'm not sure what you mean by UUID as I've only ever seen that acronym referenced on Bloomberg terminals so I suppose you are referring to the 40-digit Identifier that you can see through iTunes as above.
