This has probably been asked before, as I am sure I am not the one. I have tried searching the forum, but no results. My question is, how would I go along to export all my notes, contacts, calenders, and any info? I was thinking of using openSSH, but is that the only way? I would like to do this as I want to completely restore my iPod, but when I restore from a back up it takes far too long, and the problem could keep coming back. So I would like a fresh new copy, but I would still like to keep my notes, calender events, and contacts.

    Thanks in advance.

Sync Calendar and Contacts through iTunes. Email yourself the notes. Thats the only way until OS 3 comes public.

thanks for the quick reply, i guess i'll do just that. But could restoring from a backup be the reason for a problem?

    Hi,

I found the location for the Notes.db file, its /var/mobile/Library/Notes if you want to just copy them off then back on. Of course I'm assuming there is no issue with coping the notes.db file back on.
