Tap Settings > General > Reset > Reset All Settings
    #1 Tap the settings icon

    #2 Tap General settings

#3 Tap RESET ALL SETTINGS if you tap erase content and settings that will erase all your music apps videos and all that as well as reset all settings so i dont think you want to press that also noting that it will take 2 hours or longer

#4 wait for like 15 seconds and it will reboot then there but you might have to reset your email settings and your wifi pass

i know this might seem like a simple procedure but it took me like 4 days to figure it out so thats why i made this so dont complain about how bad this "how to" is

    This completely and ultimately fails.
Firstly, it asks you what the Parental Restrictions password is when you reset all settings.
Secondly, if you know that password, why don't you just go into Restrictions and change it yourself?
