    You will need an iPad jailbroken with Spirit.
    Make sure you have either OpenSSH or afc2add installed and open the appropriate program to SSH into you device. (ex. iPhone Folders, WinSCP, etc.)

    Once your connected in your SSH program navigate to /System/Library/CoreServices/SpringBoard.app.

    Find the K48AP.plist and open in a text or plist editior. (WinSCP will open the file with it's notepad if you double click the plist.)

    Under the Capabilities section add this:
    Code:
     <key>voice-control</key>

    <true/>
    REBOOT your iPad and you will have voice control.

    Thing is, does it really need Voice Control? Apple made Voice Control so you could change to different music while your iPod is in your pocket. And with the iPad, you usually have easy access to it. Voice Control is just a fun toy to play with

    Hmmm, I wonder if there is a way to "unlock" more iPad capabilities, to be more precise the calculator, using this technique

    There is a way to get your iPod/iPhone apps to fit on the ipad fullscreen.
