    How to enable Usage Stats:

    1. Go to /Applications/Preferences.app/General.plist
    2. Find this:
    Code:
    <string>USAGE</string>
    			<key>requiredCapabilities</key>
    			<array>
    				<string>cellular-data</string>
    			</array>
    Replace it with this:

    Code:
    <string>USAGE</string>
    			<key>requiredCapabilities</key>
    			<array>
    				<dict>
    					<key>unified-ipod</key>
    					<false/>
    				</dict>
    			</array>
    		</dict>
    3. Go back to Preferences.app and open the Usage Statistics.plist file
    4. Disable the requiredCapabilities key by either removing it or modifying it

    Before:
    Code:
            <dict>
                <key>cell</key>
                <string>PSGroupCell</string>
                <key>label</key>
                <string>USAGE_HEADER</string>
                <key>requiredCapabilities</key>
                <array>
                    <string>telephony</string>
                </array>
            </dict>
            <dict>
                <key>get</key>
                <string>usageElapsed:</string>
                <key>label</key>
                <string>USAGE_ELAPSED</string>
                <key>requiredCapabilities</key>
                <array>
                    <string>telephony</string>
                </array>
            </dict>
            <dict>
                <key>get</key>
                <string>standbyElapsed:</string>
                <key>label</key>
                <string>STANDBY_ELAPSED</string>
                <key>requiredCapabilities</key>
                <array>
                    <string>telephony</string>
                </array>
            </dict>
    After:
    Code:
            <dict>
                <key>cell</key>
                <string>PSGroupCell</string>
                <key>label</key>
                <string>USAGE_HEADER</string>
                [COLOR="Red"]<key>xxxxxxxxxCapabilities</key>[/COLOR]
                <array>
                    <string>telephony</string>
                </array>
            </dict>
            <dict>
                <key>get</key>
                <string>usageElapsed:</string>
                <key>label</key>
                <string>USAGE_ELAPSED</string>
                [COLOR="Red"]<key>xxxxxxxxxxCapabilities</key>[/COLOR]
                <array>
                    <string>telephony</string>
                </array>
            </dict>
            <dict>
                <key>get</key>
                <string>standbyElapsed:</string>
                <key>label</key>
                <string>STANDBY_ELAPSED</string>
                [COLOR="Red"]<key>xxxxxxxxCapabilities</key>[/COLOR]
                <array>
                    <string>telephony</string>
                </array>
            </dict>
    5. Respring/Reboot. Now you have stats enabled! (only works after full charge)

    How to Increase Autolock Time:

    1. Go to /Applications/Preferences.app/General.plist again
    2. Find this:

    Code:
    <array>
                    <string>1_MINUTES</string>
                    <string>2_MINUTES</string>
                    <string>3_MINUTES</string>
                    <string>4_MINUTES</string>
                    <string>5_MINUTES</string>
                    <string>NEVER</string>
                </array>
                <key>validValues</key>
                <array>
                    <integer>60</integer>
                    <integer>120</integer>
                    <integer>180</integer>
                    <integer>240</integer>
                    <integer>300</integer>
                    <integer>-1</integer>
    3. Change the numbers however you want. I have it like this:

    Code:
    <array>
                    <string>1_MINUTES</string>
                    <string>2_MINUTES</string>
                    <string>5_MINUTES</string>
                    <string>10_MINUTES</string>
                    <string>15_MINUTES</string>
                    <string>NEVER</string>
                </array>
                <key>validValues</key>
                <array>
                    <integer>60</integer>
                    <integer>120</integer>
                    <integer>300</integer>
                    <integer>600</integer>
                    <integer>900</integer>
                    <integer>-1</integer>
    4. Respring/Reboot. Done.

    How would you set it for 1 min and 20 seconds?
    Also is there a string for when it would dim? (Like screendimmer)

    You could try using a decimal for the number and 80 for the seconds.
    I'll try to look for a tweak for screen dim

    Can you post screen shots. I think a messed up and forgot to save. I don't feel like restoring. So if someone can do me a favor and screen shot the code, it'll be really appreciated.
