SBSettngs? Have you tried that yet?
install the "features" package from cydia or better edit the plist file etc.
2. Install SBSettings
3. Slide the top bar of the screen
4. Tap more
5. System Options
6. Numeric Battery off
7. Go to system preferences
10. And disable sbsettings
I don't know what happened but when i first switched on battery% on 3.1.3 from sbsettings and you know what it still shows when i updated to 4.0 and now on 4.1 also without jailbreak.
thats because it is saved in the settings file when you backup.
It will stil be there unless you restore.
