I´ve seen many doing the mistake by closing the jailbroken iPod and doesnt know how to reboot it without recover it.

The downgrade process is easy and doesn´t take long.

Step one: go into <REMOVED> and download the iPod touch firmware 3.1.2 2G! WARNING: you must take 2G version.

Step two: press recover on iTunes while you hold the shift when you connected the USB into the PC/MAC

Step three: choose the 3.1.2 2G and press recover.

Now check if you got the right firmware by going in to: settings>general>about.

Please do not post links to paid firmware. It's against the rules.
