yeah to everyone who is stuck, try this (I haven't tried it because I'm not sure what would happen really)

rename the 5a347 firmware to .zip

    unarchive it

    go to:

    firmware>dfu

    delete the WTF.xxxxxxxx.dfu file

replace it with one from 1.1.4 gathered by the same methodology

then don't do anything else, just rezip the archive

then change it from zip to .ipsw

and try to restore to it... this is what Autodown did, just not really.
DISCLAIMER I claim the idea, just not what might happen :p

zibri had the same downgrade instructions on his site...

do I understand that at the moment if you upgrade to 2.0 there is not yet a way to go back? 7.5 fails to restore 1.1.4?

I started learning VB in the 4th grade, mind you... going to be a senior this coming school year... and it is a very capable language :)

I still use VB 6.0 ftw, mainly because it compiles into native win32 exe and doesn't rely on .NET crap

    *That was really off topic*

Can we get a ginnie pig to test this pl0x :p

coop: If this works I am giving credit to Chris, frankly I trust him over zibri...

Umm i know im a bit off topic.. but at the moment i have 2.0 beta8 version.. in order to to get to the Final 2.0 version.. do i have to downgrade to 1.1.4 and then upgrade to 2.0 final.. or can i directly upgrade to the final?
