Everytime i'm chatting or just writing in safari is so annoying and uncomfortable because of this ortographic corrector that the ipod touch has!
Everytime i press SPACE, the corrector writes another word! and i have to erase the characters,so.. it makes my typing sooo slow!
Does anyone know how to disable this thing?

I find it to be quite useful now. As you said, if you want the word that it is suggesting you hit the space bar, if u dont, tap the word that it thinks you want to correct to, (it has a cross next to it), after that it should then remember the new word.

There's an aplication called KB2 . It adds a section to settings to turn it off.
