This is not a very simple way to put ringtones on Whistle app, but it works if you really want a ringtone.

    Requirements:
    Open SSH
    SSH Client
Custom Ringtone (Download one from Cydia, use your own, or any other ways.)

If you downloaded your ringtone from Cydia:
    1. Open your SSH Client

Please Register or Log in to view images

    2. Navigate to "/private/var/stash/Ringtones"

    3. Copy the ringtone you chose to your desktop.
    5. Go to this link
    6. Click on Convert File

    7. Select your file

    8. Select your output file as "aiff"

    9. Click Convert
    10. Right click the link and choose "Save File As"

    11. Rename the file to "Ring.caf"
    12. Navigate to "/private/var/mobile/Applications" in your SSH Client
    13. Search all the folder until you see a folder containing "Whistle.app"

Please Register or Log in to view images

    14. Open Whistle.app and look for "Ring.caf"

Please Register or Log in to view images

    15. Rename it to "Ring.bak.caf"
    16. Copy your "Ring.caf" file you converted into this folder

Please Register or Log in to view images

    17. Use Whistle and test the ringtone

If you downloaded your ringtone from somewhere else:
    1. Open your SSH Client
    2. Go to your ringtone file
    3. Go to this link
    3. Click on Convert File
    5. Select your file
    6. Select your output file as "aiff"
    7. Click Convert
    8. Right click the link and choose "Save File As"
    9. Rename the file to "Ring.caf"
    10. Navigate to "/private/var/mobile/Applications" in your SSH Client
    11. Search all the folder until you see a folder containing "Whistle.app"
    12. Open Whistle.app and look for "Ring.caf"
    13. Rename it to "Ring.bak.caf"
