So, recently I had a problem finding a source for perl.

During my search, i was led to believe that maybe i had install cydia without the installer.

Well, I restored and then reinstalled cydia. well, when I launched the installer(which WAS installed before) I noticed that it thinks that I have already installed abunch of apps.
So, when you restore your ipod, how do you actually return it to the state it was when you purchased it?

Has anyone else had this problem? Did you successfully restore to factory default and disk usage?

    TIA

Installer is better than Cydia. Restore to default and re-jailbreak.
