Compile using what? Toolchain, SDK, what OS (it doesn’t apply to SDK obviously) please give us a bit more information and we would be happy to help.

    Simple:

Command + B in the SDK
$ make in the iPhone/Linux toolchain, if you have a Makefile

    Have you made the application?
Is it on Mac (SDK, probably), Windows (Toolchain), or Linux (Toolchain)?
SDK: Press Build, or Cmd + B.
Toolchain: $ Make, make sure you have a MakeFile. (Thanks Pelaez-1).

For future reference, you should be more specific when asking for help. You can't just ask "how to compile", because you'll get answers like my first reply... (I did it on purpose).

You have to be specific on what you want to do, and in what environment.

If you are on Linux, google iPhone toolchain 2.0, you should find some tuts on building it. I'm not on linux right now, so I don't have the links I used.

Also, to submit your app to the AppStore, you'll need to be programming in a Mac, with the SDK.

I wonder why people always insist that you have to be on a mac to submit an app to the app store, because you don't, you need access to a mac but not to own one or program on it. There was one person who made his app on Linux had access to a mac, so code signed it and then submitted it. I think the app was also accepted. Although being on a mac really does help.

    Anyway for Linux use http://www.saurik.com/id/4
