As most of you know, fontswap doesnt work on 4.0. The format has changed from ttf to ttc. I have no idea why. There is a way to convert fonts to work on ios4, but as alot of people are having trouble i thought i would post a couple of my favorite fonts, Droid Sans, and Neutraface 2. Drop the Helvetica.ttc into System/Library/Fonts/Cache, and respring. Remember to make a backup of the original file. Also this thread has a few fonts that have been ported, and i think if you request one there someone will do it for you. [removed]

TTC is a collection of fonts. Instead of lots of little fonts that compose the system font together, it's one unified, faster-to-load font.

By the way, I followed the guide here instead, and it worked perfectly. http://www.iphoneruler.net/how-to-install-iphone-fonts-ios-4

I use Droid Sans, but that website has lots of other iOS4-ready fonts too.
