I just switched from the iPod touch to the iPhone. I restored all my apps using the "Restore from Azul's iPod" option instead of adding the new iPhone as a new device (I was worried about losing all my apps from the iPod touch).

So looks like that worked. But now, in iTunes, the name of the iPhone is listed as "Azul's iPod" (the name I set up for the touch). How do I change this?

    Thanks in advance.

click on the ipod in itunes
then click again and you should be able to edit the name
im not sure if you can right click and select an option to do it though but the first one should work

I'm wondering how to change the iPod icon you get when you hook up your iPod, in the general settings screen. Is it even possible?

The icon is buried deep in the iTunes resource files. AS far as I know, nobody has been able to change it.
