Anyways here we go, I'm not on my iPod Touch at the moment to the details might be twisted

    1. Search Cydia for "Finder"
    2. Go to Mobile and navigate to the directory you wish to change
    3. Click "Modify"
    4. Change the permissions under "file attributes"

Did you really need to blackout everything?
