    So I was messing around in iFile and I was able to change iFile's name to CrapFile.

    So first, you go and you look for /var/stash/Applications.cyzabD

    Now you go and you look for either:

    en.lproj

    en_GB.lproj

    English.lproj

    I've only tried those so far so the others might work.

    Next you look into InfoPlist.strings and you will come up with this:

    (This is what you will find inside iFile)

    "CFBundleDisplayName" = "iFile";

    I changed iFile to CrapFile and I resprung (If thats a word) and iFile's name was changed into CrapFile.

    Note: You won't find InfoPlist.strings in all of the applications.

    Hope this helped some of you.

    (Or just use Rename II)

    Why do that when there is an app that does it for you?
