how to change mail settings?

    so recently i set up my email on the "mail" app on itouch 3g but i accidentally wrote my password wrong.... how do i change my settings?
    i already tryed looking it up and saw that u need to go to settings>mail>******
    however the problem is... i tapped settings and "mail" was no wer to be seen... can someone plz ghelp me oout

    From the Springboard: 'Settings' -> 'Mail. Contacts & Calendars' -> select your account and change the password

    thats the problem "There Is NO mail or anything of that sort option" in the settings menu...

    heres wat i got on the settings page:

    Wi-Fi
    Notifications

    Brightness

    General
    Music
    Video
    Photos
    Store
    Safari


    are u ment to enable mail somehow =.=? i tried but couldnt

    yes i put in my account.... but password was typed wrong unforunately...

    i open the mail app
    "error message": the username or password for *******@***.com is incorrect.

    and thats it....

    (no doubt the password is wrong [i know the character i missed XD]

    Hmmmm... Your iPod is jailbroken, right?

    If it is, then restore (not from backup) and try again.

    Something in the jailbreak could have disabled the mail settings (it was supposed to be in the Settings app).

    Or try deleting all of your jailbreak tweaks, etc.

    i used blackra1n o.o.... anyway is there a way to manually enable it? doing a restore will all these apps will be a big hassle

    I'm not sure if you are in the same situation, but I noticed that when I used Poof to hide my Mail app, the mail settings disappeared. If you unhide it, they will reappear again.

    Chris THX =D... it worked... well wasnt exactly the same but it was similar... i had it in a category (the categories app) and i moved it out and it appeared.. thx dude =]
