iPhone 3G how to change iphone 3G back cover

    any how to videos on how to change the back cover of the iphone 3G? wouldnt want to break anything. thanks

    I personally have not done it, but watched my brother a couple of times. Remove sim tray. Then remove the two screws on the bottom. Next you can pry the glass forward and risk nicking the side bezel or glass. What he found was the easiest though, was to use a small suction cup on the glass and gently pull out. That was all we needed to do since we were just switching the glass but if I remembered there were screws into the back. I don't know what your getting at inside so there may be a little more disassembly but that will get you inside it.

    i guess scratches aren't that bad. if anyone can find a how to video then thanks. but i dont think i want to take any chances now.

    Don't try to pry open the screen like someone said, use a suction cup
