Instructions added & guide updated for the Windows program "CustomCarrierLogo," which does the same thing and more that CarrierEditor does.

CarrierEditor is an application developed by Kevin Lo (@uhelios) and Daniel Levi (@Pix3lDemon) that creates customized carrier logo files. They can be used with iTunes' custom file restore feature.

    What you'll need:
Step 1 (Mac): Run CarrierEditor and get a custom IPCC file (detailed Mac instructions here) skip to step 2
Step 1.0 (Windows): Download and unzip CustomCarrierLogo
Step 1.2: Read the "Disclaimer.txt," then open "CustomCarrierLogo.exe" to this screen and click "Let's Get Started":
Step 1.3: Fill in the correct information for your device, including whether it's an iPhone or iPad, the carrier and version, and your icons. Custom text can be chosen instead.

Advanced options include changing the paths for the iTunes executable, as well as "pluntil.exe" (Google search shows no results, so I won't even try to sound like I know what it is.)
Step 1.4: Click "Create IPCC Carrier Bundle," wait a few seconds, and find your 2 new IPCC files on your desktop.

If you don't want to download and run either programs, download a matching IPCC file below. (Make sure the device, carrier, and version number match your own!!!)

iPhone AT&T 13.0 green StraightTalk logo (restore file included)

iPhone AT&T 13.0 blank (restore file included)

iPhone AT&T 13.0 Apple logo (restore file included)

iPhone AT&T 13.0 Montreal Canadiens logo (restore file included)

iPhone AT&T 13.0 Chicago Blackhawks logo (restore file included)

iPhone AT&T 13.0 Nexus logo (restore file included)

iPhone AT&T 13.2 blank (restore file included)

iPhone AT&T 13.2 Apple logo (restore file)

iPhone Verizon 13.3 Verizon logo (restore file included)

iPhone Verizon 13.3 blank (restore file included)

iPhone Verizon 13.3 AT&T logo (restore file included)

iPhone Verizon 13.3 Element logo (restore file included)

iPhone Verizon 13.3 Superman logo (restore file included)

iPhone Verizon 13.3 black Superman logo (restore file included)

iPhone Verizon 13.3 DC skate symbol (restore file included)

iPhone Verizon 13.3 SpitFire logo (restore file included)

iPhone Verizon 13.3 Detroit (restore file included)

iPhone Bell 13.0 Dark Knight Rises logo (restore file included)

Step 2: Restore the custom IPCC file to device. Open iTunes, go to the device page, (Mac) hold the Option button and click Restore or (Windows) hold the Shift key and click Restore, then navigate to and select the custom IPCC file.

If iTunes shows a -27 error,
Mac - open Terminal.app and run
and press Enter. Then open iTunes and retry Option + Restoring.
Windows 32-bit - press keys Win + R and enter
and press Enter. Then open iTunes and retry Shift + Restoring.
Windows 64-bit - press keys Win + R and enter
and press Enter. Then open iTunes and retry Shift + Restoring.

This thread on the ModMyI forum is full of great logos!

I can make IPCC files for anybody upon request. Just quote me here, posting your carrier + version and the image you want.
Edit: It's more convenient now for HeadReaper so I'd prefer if you just @mention him instead :p

Why does your phone app have a empty notification?

I heard Sprint (13.1) wasn't supported. I'd check but I don't have a Mac. But if it's true that bites :( . If it does work, I think the dark knight logo is a default.

I want a blank image for the carrier logo so the cellular and wi-fi signal are next to each other (less clutter).

I am very curious to know if this works on a Carrier Unlocked device. I have iPhone4S AT&T 13.0 Carrier unlocked. To add more fun I use it with Straight Talk so the default logo is HOME. The original website doesn't talk about these limitations. Also does this mess up my carrier settings? (TMobile SIM Swap)

Noob question here: what's the difference between AT&T 13.0 and 13.2? Also, my iPhone is running 13.0; is there a way to update/upgrade it to 13.2?
