How do you change the springboard background to something in the ipod's photos without taking off a theme?

Go into SMBPrefs and make sure the "Wallpaper" option is ON and the "Theme Wallpaper" option is OFF.

Didn't work. It took the unlock screen background and made it the springboard background.

that would be because you have "theme wallpaper" turned off and "wallpaper" on

Isn't that what they told me to do?

It didn't make my photo the background, it's still the theme background.

You have to set your photo as your wallpaper for it to work. Turn theme wallpaper off and just keep wallpaper on.

Did you turn off the theme wallpaper in smb prefs? What do you mean you tried making the photo a wallpaper? Just use the photos app to make it your wallpaper.
