How to bypass iCloud password to activate iPad?

    You cannot bypass Activation Lock with a restore. This is the whole point of Activation Lock.
    You can't use another account with Activation Lock. Apple designed to lock down your device to an Apple ID. Entering in another users credentials will not work. Hence the name.

    The Apple ID associated with Find My iPhone has to be entered after the device has been restored. Which is where the OP is at right now. It's a new feature from iOS 7.
