Hey all, I was wondering how to do what sounds like one of the simplest things ever - move music from iTunes to My Documents (or other folder).

Is there any way this can actually be done?

    Thanks in advance; Me.

EDIT: I mean purchased music, from my iPod.

Assuming you're in Windows, go to My Documents/Music/iTunes and then find your music.

You can just copy and paste the whole iTunes folder to My Documents if you'd like, too.

, but I mean the purchased stuff, which isn't in that folder. Is there DRM protection or something so you can't take it off iTunes?

DRM protected iTunes content should have a small "lock" symbol over the icon. You still should be able to copy the music, just not play it.

Do you mean items purchased ON the iPod?
