how to add two loading images

    I would like to know how to add two loading images [default.png]

    the code for one image is "sleep(number of seconds e.g. 2);"

    how do you inclued the second image ?

    What i do is make the defualt.png and then when its finished i add the next image and i make a timer so that when 5 seconds has passed, it gets removed and goes to the main view.

    @Original Poster... I'm not quite sure I understand what you're asking.

    @JFN... Are you suggesting that you actually delay your application, just to show a loading image? If the loading is done, start the application! Making the user wait on purpose is a terribly stupid thing to do.

    johnnyboi: Yes it is, unless you want to credit some people with the splash screen etc.
    Just like any other big game developers.

    I'm pretty sure its against the HIG anyway.

    And the Default.png is what a "slash-screen" is for, if you choose to violate the HIG.

    This is appropriate for an advertisement for a lite app.

    I would just have an info button somewhere in the application, that when pressed, presented another view controller displaying whatever i need to advertise.
