    It's not like it's urgent. The point here is to make it easier for new members, and to also have threads eventually end up in the right section.

    How will this be placed in the forums? Chances are if someone doesn't know where to post a thread they won't know where to find this one, let alone know of its existence.

    It's at the very top in the "New Member Welcome Center" section so it should be pretty easy to find.
