I use Windows XP, and iTunes works horribly slow. Any way to fix that?

Mines incredibly slow. Never actualy frozen but the reaction time for when I click on something is over 5 seconds easy.

    Put it this way.

A friend of mine, who has an ipod touch, he has a Pentium 4 Computer with 512MB of ram and he can use Firefox, MSN and have itunes going, and itunes "sometimes" lags when jumping and changing windows.

    But otherwise it's fine.

Well, it's a little laggy but totally usable... Has its issues but I like it!
