    How well do you think ICS will run on the HD2? Its closest native Android phone is the Nexus 1 or Desire.

    I guess I could stay with gingerbread a while longer, and just use ICS on my Touchpad.

    The system dump and SDK are basically the same thing. Only difference is that the system dump has the libs for the Nexus hardware and additional apps. The libs won't help for any phone aside from the Galaxy Nexus. (According to the guy working on the DHD port).

    The libs can help on some phones, not any HTC devices though. Some are structured differently from previous libs so it makes a decent difference for the small amount of devices that can actually work with it, most likely being Samsung devices.
