How much ram does cydia take?

    According 2 one of the cydia programs says that I have only 47mb left!
    Should I remove progs in cydia?

    I have around that much ram left also, don't stress it.

    RAM? Do you know what RAM is? I think you're talking about Hard Drive Space.

    47.MB left is perfectly fine. Unless you resized the Root Partition, its expected... What program did you see it on?

    Cydia IS quite a memory hog

    I have a 2g iPhone, and YES, cydia is a memory hog. By the time cydia loads up completely, I have around 30 mg of ram. Once I click on anything, I'm down to about 25, and if I install a bunch of themes and what not, it'll go down to 20, and then 15, and then eventually, below 10, at which point cydia crashes and brings me back to the spring board. My ram skyrockets back up to 40-50 as soon as cydia crashes and I'm back on my spring board. Opening cydia back up repeats the same process as described.

    Yeah same thing happens to me, but it doesn't crash until 10-20 minutes of browsing stuff...

    you can use the tutorial on here to help you delete certain daemons that will free up some ram

    I just opened up cydia and i still have 137mb of ram left.
