how much does each hour of filming take up? does the ipod compress video?(ipt4 owner)

    ^excactly the title.... how much does 1,2,4,5 hours of filming take up? i need to know what capacity to get, what do you think?

    Well over 700mb for sure..... if you take a lot of videos, and have a few movies, and have Apple Lossless files, 32GB is the best way to go

    Unless you already have all 29.7 GBs filled the. 64 Is the way to go. (My case)

    im thinking of having probs 5 gb of music max fo sho! maybe a bit more... like 6,7. bunch of apps.... maybe 6 gb hehe maybe. and movies and tv shows...... quite a bit... 8gb worth? that gives me like 10gb to spare....... for filming of course... i think 32 is good... then ill buy the 120gb 6gen

    sigh i wish i had the choice of 8 or 32 i would go for 32 in a second

    ~5GB per hour.

    Engadget's 720p video taken from it was 1 minute and was 78MB, so an hour of video would be just over 4.5GB
