After clicking the "restore" file from the folder and opening it after shutting down my touch, how long should I have to wait for the Ipod to downgrade? Should it take a few minutes, or seconds?

Also, the file that I click on should read, "iPod1,1_1.1.1_3A110a_Restore.ipsw" or should it read, "Restore.plist."

Thanks for the help. You guys are great.

you're using itunes to do the downgrade, right? you should not be shutting down your ipod during the downgrade process. the restore file is the .ipsw file, not the .plist file.
