How i got the ipod apps for free, without jailbreaking.

This is such a great find! Im having this same problem! My left earphone went out as well and now im certain it's not the headphones since i just bought new headphones yesterday and the problem persists. So hopefully this weekend im going to the Apple Store and try to get me a new iTouch with Apps

this might work the best. first if its jailbroken (without the apps) restore it,
then make sure it looks new and everything with you song,videos....then hold the off and menu and put it in the restor mode and then take it in and say that it just happend to do that one day while like charging or listing to music then they more likly restore it, with the apps automatically cause that probably all they have to restore a touch now since apple got the jan. upgrade.

i just got my ipod touch today and it aleady had the new app pack installed onto it....

Did you show them any recipts? Did you buy the iPod from that store? I've got battery and Home button issues, so i'm thinking that i might take it in, but only if i have to restore

Well I as well recently took my iPod for the same problem and all they asked for was my name then they assessed the problem, said it was unrepairble and brought out a brand spankin new iPod touch w/ jan app pack for free. I say take it in if you really want a new one
