how does it know?

    lets say you wanted to change a color in an app or something. so you rename the .ipa to .zip, open the image of what you want to change, and adjust the hue and save it. then you change it back to .ipa and try to sync it. itunes tells you it cant sync. my question is how does it know that the app was changed?

    Becuase it isnt digitally signed anymore.

    so basically if you had a way to sign the app, even as an app you created, itunes would accept it? I wonder if theres a way to do that...
