So ive seen this guy on ebay selling iphone 3GSs, here is the link

    http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=130387287917&ssPageName=STRK:MEWNX:IT

he claimed he has iPhone 3GSs all with 3.1.2 firmware that can be jailbroken and unlocked, and were all brand new box still sealed with the shrink wrap. How did he get ahold of so many iPhones all of which had firmware 3.1.2?

From his feedback he looked to be 100% legit but the whole listing has some sort of "unlawful" feeling to it.

    Stolen and/or fake.

Unless he has a video of HIM and his so called iPhone 3GSs with 3.1.2 firmware and can prove that they can be jb'd and unlocked, I'd take a hook. But no video, no proof. Pictures do not count unless he's in a picture with all of them that is NOT photoshopped.

fake? this guy has 410 feedback all 100% positive. I highly doubt no one who bought one of those phones realised it was fake.

Id get the theory of stealing but he stole ALL of those boxes? There seems to be an equal number of white an black boxes. He also has listings for a bunch of other brand new AT&T phones. Also he has a piece of paper with his username on top of the photos. You can see the box showing a bit through the paper so it does not look like a photoshop.

Hmm, you gotta be very sketchy on those though. Never wanna get a fake, screwed up one to be ratted out of the cash you got scammed of. Transparency maybe?

that would lead me back to his feedback rating: its 410 feedback and all of it is positive. I highly doubt theyre fake. And even if they were paypal buyer protection system would just refund the buyer's money.
