Alright, I'm learning how to make iphone apps
And once I get good at it I want to sell some of them on the app store
And I wondering if how apple gives you the money for the apps I sell because I'm not an adult, and I'm wondering if my mom should set up the ios development account

Apple doesn't pay you. Once your app is on the App Store, you get money from the people purchasing your app.

Apple does not pay you; your customers do. Keep in mind that Apple does take a share of your profits though.

Does she know it's $99 annually? You might want to mention that if you haven't already.

how old are you exactly, and do you realize that it's not an easy task to develop a well-known, popular app?

Exactly. The apps you use are successful and popular (for the most part). There are literally hundreds of thousands of apps that have been published that have sold very few, if any copies. Don't expect to make a lot of money.
