iOS 3.1 How do you..

    ...delete apps that don't have an "X" when you hold an app? I mean, like the one that comes with the iPod etc.

    Also, how do I add categories in my Touch? I haven't found that app

    you can't, unless you jailbreak, then you can use sbsettings to hide them.

    Small correction. Some of the default apps can be hidden without SBsettings>Poof.

    If you go into Settings > General > Restrictions . Make sure Restrictions is set to "On" and you can turn certain app icons off.

    But like the suggestions posted, SBsettings>Poof is a much better tool as it can hide more icons. But if you're not Jailbroken then this is your only alternative.

    Oh, yeah I need to change my profile, I'm jailbroken.
    (it was damn easy by the way, I plugged it, run blackra1n, waited 1 min max, it was done, first try

    Duh, I don't like the look of stacks :s
    There wasn't a way to have like an app icon that will open a page (like the SpringBoard) where you can put your apps?

    yeah it's called categories and you should find it by looking it up in cydia =)
