I want to change my MAC address, and I can only do so using ssh because the terminal app won't accept the command...

If you're using WinSCP just press ctrl+t to open the terminal.

if you are using a mac, just go to the utilities folder and run the mac terminal.

use the ssh command to ssh into your ipod.

i tried the spoof file, and no luck; I receive the "permission denied" error message on ssh...is it possible that apple restricted spoofing on the 3rd gen ipods?
