I've done the searches, looked everywhere, and I can't figure out how to access my files.

I have CyberDuck installed on my Mac, and OpenSSH on my iPoT, what next?

Go on 'Open Connection' and type out these in the following fields:

    Server: <your ip> e.g. 192.168.0.9

    Username: root
    Password: alpine

To find out your IP address go to Settings (on your iPod) and tap Wi Fi. Tap the blue arrow next to your network, then the IP address is there as follows..

Sorry was doing that in a rush, where it says "Protocol: FTP.." it should be SFTP (SSH Secure File Transfer) instead.

I don't use cyberduck anymore. I access my iPod touch right within the Finder in Mac OS X Leopard.
