theyre both the same thing. Heres a quick How-To:
)Go to installer and download MobileFinder
)Open MobileFinder (will show up as "Finder").
)Go to the root of your iPot by double tapping the ".." until it goes away.
)Double tap the "Applications" folder.
)Scroll down the list of apps until you see Sip-VoIP.app
)Tap SIP-VoIP.app ONCE.
)At the bottom of the screen tap "Modify".
)Where you see SIP-VoIP.app tap it, a keyboard should appear.
)Press the backspace button 12 times, it should be BLANK.
)Now press P-H-O-N-E-.-A-P-P
)Exit and restart your springboard (let me know if you want a tutorial for that too).

That is how it is when you modify the Sip-Voip.app name in some way. There is a script that when you save your settings it is supposed to write to Sip-VOIP.app. Since you have changed it to Phone.app the script attempts to write to Sip-VOIP.app, but when it can't find it , the process is terminated/aborted and your settings will not save.
