I'm making some icons with the help of using developed png's. The PNG's are 256X256 and I need them to be 64X64 for the iTouch. I tried using paint but that definately does not work as it cuts the picture off. Thanks!

I'm waiting for Photoshop to ship in, which will come Jan 3-4. So GIMP won't cut off the png will it?

There are tons of photo editors out there and they will all do it without ruining the image. In gimp it's called scale image, in other photo editors it could be called resize image. Paint is not a photo editor, and it will not resize images.
