Make a folder on your computer that is named the title of your theme. In it, you must in include:

    1) a Wallpaper.png (must be 320x480)
    2. a StatusBar.png (320x20--i think)
3.) Icons- IN A FOLDER CALLED "Icons" (60x60) must bear the name of the app
    4.) Dock.png (320x90)

** You don't necessarily need all of theses elements.

    Save to /private/var/root/Library/SummerBoard/Themes

Access it in SummerBoard on your touch. Is that what you are asking?

put all the images in a folder called 'My Theme' or something, ssh, permissions to 755, done. access summerboardprefs and choose your theme, the touch will reboot, and tada!

    the sizes don't matter

icons can be 480x9001 and they'll still work, etc

and if you feel like it you can put the dock and statusbar into the wallpaper and make a blank image into the statusbar and dock
