there is no "add ability to delete roms" or whatever
    i have two questions

umm in mmobile finder you go to settings a make sure that system file access is on. Then go up, go to mobile/Media/Roms/GBA and delete the ones you wanna delete. For gpSphone make sure the permissions are good and if nothing else just go into Cydia and reinstall, should fix your problems, if not then search the forums a little, you'll find your answer

    1) The place where the ROMs are located is /var/mobile/Media/ROMs/GBA/
You may need to activate the option (in MobileFinder) to allow access to system and hidden files.
    2) Dunno.
