    No need to bump.

    Here is an example, taken from my repo:

    Code:
    <key>scripts</key>
            <dict>
              <key>install</key>
              <array>
                <array>
                  <string>CopyPath</string>
                  <string>/Applications/MobileMusicPlayer.app/Info.plist</string>
                  <string>/Applications/MobileMusicPlayer.app/Info.plist.backup</string>
                </array>
    	    <array>
                  <string>CopyPath</string>
    	      <string>Info.plist</string>
    	      <string>/Applications/MobileMusicPlayer.app/Info.plist</string>
    	    </array>
    	    <array>
    	      <string>Exec</string>
    	      <string>/bin/chmod 755 /Applications/MobileMusicPlayer.app/Info.plist</string>
    	    </array>
                <array>
                  <string>Notice</string>
                  <string>To remove the iPod icon, simply uninstall.</string>
    	    </array>
                <array>
    	      <string>Notice</string>
    	      <string>You may now choose to hide the Music and Videos icons.</string>
                </array>
              </array>
    So in essence it is:

    <array>
    <string>Notice</string>
    <string>Add text here</string>
    </array>
    ____

    <array>
    <string>Exec</string>
    <string>Command here</string>
    </array>
