How do U fix the clock?

    Ive been stuck on military time for about 3months now and can't fix this problem. Anyone have any insight? Thx.

    Go into Settings, then General, Date & Time, and turn off the 24 hour clock option.

    I tried that and it won't let me access it(I touch it and it doesnt do anything).

    Hmm, never heard of this problem.

    If you're jailbroken and have OpenSSH, go to your applications (/var/applications if you symlinked your apps) and change the file permissions of Preferences.app to 755. Even if they are already 755, check the box "Set permissions recursively" and click okay. Then try again.
