in the betas I saw the option for full screen safari. I have now got 2.0 on my iPod and I have no idea how to do it.
Sorry for sounding nooby but I searched etc and couldn't find a answer.

Hmm. I couldn't find it either. Maybe they decided to leave it out?

no. Apparently when u do something (double tap the status bar I think) the bookmark bar and the top bar would hide away leaving u a "full screen" problem is I can't seem to find it

oh. well when the page has loaded, the top bar goes, leaving just the statusbar and the bar the the bottom. i mean, what difference would that make?

not rlly worth it imo. just b/c the staus bar is there, all you'd do is just zoom in a lil as opposed to not zooming in on stuff without a status bar. the zoom features pretty much cover anything you might get from "full screen"

"Full-screen mode in Safari This means that Web apps can be displayed without the Safari address bar and other elements. With an appropriate meta tag, a Web app launched from the home screen can automatically be launchd in full-screen mode."
