how do i undo symlinks?

    i made this command

    cp -r /Applications /private/var/Applications
    rm -fr /Applications
    ln -s /private/var/Applications Applications


    and i want to erase it now
    how should i do that?

    ssh to /private/var and duplicate Applications to /*

    More specifically (I haven't tested this, but it should work):

    rm /Applications
    cp -r /private/var/Applications /Applications
    rm -rf /private/var/Appliations

    nemes code should work but a question.
    why would you want to undo sym links?
    the whole point of them is that they free up disk space so that your os runs faster and your / partition doesnt keep having error mesages saying it is full...

    I have no idea, but the guy wanted to know how to undo it so I gave him the instructions.
