I moved down to my parents and the computer I used to sync all the stuff onto my ipod touch is a few states away. I wont be back anytime soon and id like to add some more pics to it. How can I do this?

install a program called touchroll from installer, then use total commander(this works via usb) to go to this location on the ipod private/var/mobile/media/DCIM/100APPLE.
