I searched and searched but can't find an answer for this.

I upgraded to windows 7, but I saved the app folder on an external HD

I plugged in my Ipod and chose the wrong option and it erased all my apps. from my ipod touch

I have like 200 apps so I don't want to individually download them from itunes again, which seems to be my only option because when I transfer the apps from my external HD into my itunes app folder itunes will not acknowledge them.

I jailbroke my ipod figuring there would be a program to transfer the apps over (like you can transfer music with sharepod) but I can't find anything for apps.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

    Thanks

You probably have to do (in iTunes) - File > Add To Library
