Ok, so i had Customize 2.0 on for a bit and found i didn't like it so much, so i uninstalled it. Now the settings that i changed are still there, and i'm not quite sure how to get them off. I also have been having some problems with some other apps, so i have dicided to"start over". So what I'm asking is how do i restore my i-pod to factory settings without deleting all of my music and videos?

It is impossible to do a factory restore without your music and videos getting deleted.

    Hi NickQuick33,

if you had your music and vids on the iPod via itunes sync they will return right after your restore.

itunes will ask you if you want to restore the settings from your previous iPod.
you have the choice on setting up a new on or selecting your previous profile.

    1. restore previous profile:
it will automatically start syncing again once it is restored and you press use previous profile

    2. configure new Ipod:
you will have to configure iTunes again to have the songs/movies sync to your iPod
